Everything you need to know about our brand-new office building.
Today, we are excited to talk about our brand new building, located at 6920 Brisbane Court in Sugar Land, which will open soon. This state-of-the-art facility is conveniently situated on Highway 59 and University Boulevard. We believe that everyone has an entrepreneurial spirit, no matter the industry they are in. Therefore, we designed this building to be an excellent space for entrepreneurs to succeed.
We understand that entrepreneurs require space to work, be coached and trained, and hold events, so we are providing all of these opportunities at our new building. The first floor is a flexible space that can be used for coaching sessions, training sessions, social events, and more. The sliding doors on this floor can fully open to create an indoor-outdoor experience, which is one of a kind in Sugar Land.

The second floor of the building will feature a coworking area called Success Space. It will have offices, a podcast studio, conference rooms, and other meeting spaces that will allow the community to gather, network, and get business done. The third floor is a larger event space that will be perfect for conferences, formal events, galas, and more.
This incredible building will be called “The SETH,” which stands for “Successful Entrepreneurs Transformed Here.” It is scheduled to open this summer, and we can’t wait to see you there.
